PORTFOLIO
Restoration
The Barn at Flanagan Farm
In 2012-2013 we restored this late 19th century Maine barn and farmhouse. Today The Barn at Flanagan Farm, with its rusticity and sophistication, is one of the most sought after wedding destinations in the North East.
Danforth Street
Located in the West End district of Portland, Maine, this brick colonial home was built in 1822 and has been in great disrepair since the early 1900s. We restored this home from the stone foundation to the top of the chimney. While some thought this home unredeemable, we saw the beauty that was and will be.
The Barn at Walnut Hill
In 2009, we meticulously restored this 1887 post and beam barn and farmhouse. In 2013 The Barn at Walnut Hill was listed as one of the "50 Romantic Wedding Venues in the US" by Brides.com.
State Street Porch
This brick porch had become unsafe and needed to be restored from the ground to the roof. We completely demolished all of the brick and laid new footings and brick. The original granite steps were reused and new balusters were turned to match the originals.
