State Street

The porch was on the verge of catstrophic failure and required a complete demolition of the brick. After pouring new footings and pad, we rebuilt all of the brick, salvaging key historic features like the granite steps and stained glass.

The entire corner was rebuilt. Stones and bricks were tied together and joined into the new cement

Danforth Street

While restoring this 1822 brick colonial, we repaired and repointed all of the brick and original stone foundation.

The corner of this home was literally crumbling. Over 100 years of soil erosion splitting bricks and destroying the mortar.

These steps were in great disrepair: many broken bricks and nearly complete mortar failure.
